Dawn,
My daughter recently married a man who already has a son by a previous marriage. The child lives with his mother in another state and I have only met him once. My daughter feels that I should have bought him the same number and value of gifts as I purchased for my two biological grandchildren. If he lived with my grandchildren, I would agree, but he wasn’t even with us for Christmas. I purchased three small gifts to be sent to him. Was I wrong?
